In this era where “every human being is an artist”, JCCALAP believes that “everyone can be a docent”. With holistic docent trainings, docent-led public tours, seminars, etc., JCCALAP aims to popularise the knowledges of contemporary art appreciation in Hong Kong. In this programme Manny was invited as one of the instructors. She owned the workshop “Painting is Memory” at 1a Space. To teach and share the skills of creating a painting full of personal stories.
藝術工作坊｜Art is Memory
藝術是什麼？藝術是記憶的累積。
繪畫記著過去，同時想像未來，是其中⼀種最原始的藝術創作。
從執筆前我們就會繪畫，⽂字之前是符號，⽽符號正是影像及思想的反映。創作就像⼀種與⽣俱來的能⼒，透過筆觸、節奏、⾊調，我們往往就能從畫⾯中感受到創作者的情緒思想。
是次⼯作坊的藝術家葉雯將會分享個⼈創作的藝術經驗，並誠邀參加者⼀同以繪畫記錄過去，創作出屬於⾃⼰獨有的記憶作品，讓繪畫說故事，探索當中的精神性。
